Free returns are available; if your boots don't fit, simply send them back with our free return shipping.

We recommend trying your new boots on a soft surface, like carpet, to ensure they are the correct size before wearing them outdoors. If a style runs small or large, this will be noted in the product description. Otherwise, assume the product runs true to size.

If you're between sizes, we recommend going half a size down. For example, if you usually wear a 38.5, choose a size 38.
